Tenerife golf holidays work best when tee times and accommodation suit the whole party. Before booking, agree who will play, how many days they want on the course and what everyone else would enjoy. Villa Dolce Vita provides a private base in Armeñime, Adeje, where golf and time together can fit around different interests.
Start with the players
Note each player’s experience, handicap and preferred days. Then ask the club which requirements and available starts suit your party. Do not book accommodation on the assumption that a particular tee time will be available: confirm each service through its own booking channel.
It also helps to agree how much golf the holiday will include. A free day between rounds leaves time with non-playing friends and family. Arrange the cars so one sporting booking does not leave everyone else without transport.

A local option: Golf Costa Adeje
Golf Costa Adeje’s Championship course has 18 holes and is par 72. The club also offers the nine-hole Los Lagos course, which may suit a shorter golf day. Choose according to playing level, the time you want to spend and confirmed availability.
Read the club’s rules before booking. They cover handicap requirements, arrival before your start and the organisation of groups. Travelling together does not guarantee that every friend can play in a single group.
What to confirm for Tenerife golf holidays
- Your date, course and exact tee time.
- Handicap requirements and any evidence you need to bring.
- What the quoted price includes and any extras.
- Availability and cost of rental clubs, a buggy or a trolley.
- Changes, cancellation terms and any planned course maintenance.
- When to arrive and where your party should meet.
Get confirmation from the club or provider you are booking with. We do not quote a fixed green fee or promise equipment and tee times as part of your villa stay. This article does not offer a golf partnership or a golf package through Renova or Villa Dolce Vita.
Equipment and transport
If you bring your own clubs, check the airline’s sporting baggage conditions and your vehicle’s luggage capacity. Nine passengers and several golf bags will not necessarily fit in one car. Plan transport for the people and equipment actually travelling.
We recommend a car for a stay in Armeñime. Check the route to your chosen course and leave time for parking and check-in. Avoid relying on a guaranteed driving time. Also review the weather and any club notices before each round.
Make room for guests who do not play
A golf morning can run alongside a Costa Adeje beach visit, a relaxed lunch or time at the pool. Agree transport and a meeting point before separating. The whole party does not need to wait at the course.
For the rest of the week, use our flexible seven-day itinerary. Leave some breathing space if conditions suggest moving an activity, subject to each provider’s booking terms.
Your own space to meet again

Villa Dolce Vita has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and capacity for up to nine guests. The private outdoor heated pool is included, without a guaranteed water temperature. The property is independent accommodation in Armeñime, rather than a hotel within a golf course.
Tenerife golf holidays can end with a quiet dinner shared by registered guests. Parties, events and non-staying visitors are not permitted, and quiet hours start at 23:00. Check the villa calendar for your group’s dates and price before finalising the trip.
